Use 'Mercury Magnum' to enhance Billy's first skill. If you use the skill immediately after the bullets run out, the bullets won't receive the enhancement from 'Mercury Magnum'when 'Mercury Magnum's equipment cooldown is not finished.If you use 'Mercury Magnum' to enhance Billy's second skill, even if 'Mercury Magnum's equipment cooldown hasn't finished, using the second skill when the bullets run out will still allow the bullets to benefit from 'Mercury Magnum's enhancement.
Use 'Quicksilver Reload' to enhance Abrams's first or second skill. When Abrams runs out of bullets, as soon as the red reload circle appears, use the skill enhanced by 'Quicksilver Reload'. Abrams will freeze until the red circle disappears before starting to reload.
