King Khamanep is a mummy that was awoken in the New York museum of natural history when the big supernatural event happened. And he now lives among the human population. He's either evil and wants to rule the world or he's just trying to acclimate to a modern lifestyle, I'm not too sure. He's a tank who's playing style revolves around leeching buffs from enemy players with an ulti that lets him summon a sarcophagus that captures an enemy and transfers a lot of the enemy's stats to the mummy

Bloody Margaret is a reference to Bloody Mary and her playstyle revolves around mirrors and illusions. When the event happened, a spirit came through into the material plane from a mirror dimension. The spirit had observed humanity for years from afar through mirrors and other reflective surfaces. Sometimes she would follow their lives and watch them grow up and develop emotional attachments to them. And every now and then she would observe the horrible things that humans did to each other and wish she could tell someone or do something about it but never could. But when the event happened, she was finally given the power to cross the threshold and interact with the material plane for the first time in forever. Now she keeps an eye on the residents of the Cursed Apple through mirrors and fashions herself a vigilante, doling out justice to those who hurt others when they think no one else is looking.

The Toymaker creates and turns people into toys. When the supernatural event thingy happened, he suddenly gained the ability to breathe life into the toys he made and eventually learned to trap souls into them as well. Rumour of his skills made it to the Baxter society and now he's regarded as something of a prison warden for souls, trapping them in his toys after they've been captured. Now he's tasked with trapping a certain electrical prisoner into one of his toys. If only the Baxter Society can catch him......

1: Decaying Tether

You tether yourself to nearby enemy hero and gradually deal spirit damage to them over time. The tether can be broken if the enemy distances themself from you. After a few seconds, if the enemy doesn't break the tether, the tether breaks on its own and deals even more spirit damage to them and reduces their bullet and spirit resist for the next few seconds.

2: Soul Tether

You tether yourself to a nearby enemy hero and gradually leech health from them over time. The tether can be broken if the enemy distances themself from you. After a few seconds, if the enemy doesn't break the tether, the tether breaks on its own and steals permanent max hp from the enemy hero

3: Slumbering Tether

You tether yourself to a nearby enemy hero and gradually leech their movement speed and fire rate over time. The tether can be broken if the enemy distances themself from you. After a few seconds, if the enemy doesn't break the tether, the tether breaks on its own and stuns the enemy.

4: Entombed

Plants an open sarcophagus that releases dark energy tethers that latches onto the nearest enemy hero before dragging them into the sarcophagus. The sarcophagus then shuts, dealing massive spirit damage to the entombed enemy. The enemy then remains in the sarcophagus for a few seconds, becoming untargetable. When you activate your other abilities while an enemy is entombed, the abilities effect the entombed target irrespective of your distance from them. When the sarcophagus disappears, it breaks any tethers you're using and activates their end of duration effects.

EDIT:

1: Disarming Tether

You tether yourself to a nearby enemy hero and gradually leech bullet damage over time. The tether can be broken if the enemy distances themself from you. After a few seconds, if the enemy doesn't break the tether, the tether breaks on its own and deals spirit damage to them and reduces their bullet and spirit resist for the next few seconds. When the tether breaks bullet damage stats return to normal for you and your target

Bloody Margaret

1: Fractured Image

You blink out of existence for half a second before reappearing with two extra identical images of yourself. The images mimic your movements and attacks. They move towards your cross-hairs when you move forward. They shoot where your crosshairs are aimed at when you shoot but they deal no damage.

2: Mirror World

You create a mirror portal. When you step through the portal you enter the mirror dimension which makes you untargetable for a few seconds. Conversely, you can't attack or interact with enemies or allies outside the mirror world but you can see their silhouettes. Heroes outside the mirror world can also see your silhouette moving in the mirror world. Enemies and allies can enter the mirror world with you through the portal.

3: Master of Disguise

You can select any hero to disguise yourself as from the top of the screen. When disguised as an enemy, your next attack against an enemy deals critical bullet damage to them if you attack them from behind.

4: Mirror Army

You create a large circular mirror on the ground. After a second of casting the mirror, the mirror creates an identical copy of each hero standing on, above, or below the mirror. The hero reflections attack the closest enemy hero and push the closest lane until the ability duration ends

Toymaker

1: Broken Parts

You throw broken toy parts in an area, dealing damage to any enemy moving across the broken parts. Enemies take no damage if they remain still over the target area.

2: Wind-Up Soldiers

After spending a few seconds winding up a life-sized toy soldier, the soldier marches forth and shoots at your enemies for a period of time. After the duration ends, the soldiers freeze. You can spend a few seconds winding them up again. Soldiers can be shot down. This ability starts out with three charges.

3: Mouse Trap

After spending a few seconds widing up a toy mouse, the mouse charges forth towards the nearest enemy hero. When the mouse is in range, the enemy hero is absorbed into the mouse. The enemy hero can control the mouse as if it were their own body, but they're disarmed, their max health is halved and they're visible to all allied heroes. Wind-up Soldiers prioritize shooting enemy mice when in range. The mice can be shot down before they reach the hero. When the mouse is destroyed, it deals spirit damage to nearby enemies. This ability starts out with 3 charges

4: Clockwork Goliath

After selecting an allied hero, you summon a giant toy representation of the hero and the ally's soul is transferred into the goliath. The ally can control the goliath as though it were their own body. Their fire rate is halved but their bullet and spirit damage is doubled and deals area damage. Their max health and their ability range is also doubled. But the hero cannot use stamina to perform dashes, jumps and other movement that uses stamina. Can self-cast.

Oooh I can see all of these concepts being pretty befitting, honestly the Toymaker thing just makes me think it would be cool if a character was a doll in the first place. I can imagine a character design with the joint lines and ventriloquist doll mouth lines p well.

The mummy one in particular I can especially see.

In response to your suggestion, I thought about recalibrating Toymaker's lore. It starts off the same but the Toymaker gets terminally ill and in order to save himself he transfers his soul into one of his toys, and that's how he becomes a toy himself.

Thanks :)

Imagine Khamanep having rot flies coming from his mouth as bullets,it would be hella sick.
Also what if lore wise,Khamanep will be pharoh mummy that escaped from museum of ancient history in New York after one of the maelstrom?
