The 70s respawn time

- The 70s respawn time now happens at 30 min instead of 35 min
- There is now a respawn curve that goes from 70s to 75s over 30->40 minutes

Plz rollback this update it make the game so bored, the temple of the game now so moba, this is a new game shooter not moba as hell, you guy are make the game backward

you know who is making this game right? the master of moba's icefrog. this game is more moba than shooter and i dont think thats gonna change anytime soon and i prefer it that way
