The “denied” bug

The thing is, at some point for some reason in the game I just lost the ability to take souls from enemies, when I shoot an orange soul I just see an exclamation mark and no souls are given to my wallet.

I wanted to attach a video, but for some reason I couldn't upload just an mp4 file, so I had to upload to youtube and post it that way.

The first few ones were contested so maybe it was some client issue. They added a grace period to people securing the soul over the deniers last patch.

but the one at 1:10 is weird. I'm not sure if she's behind line of sight and tried to contest it.

Hello, I compared my recording with the official deadlock replay and it shows and hears that when I take the soul from Lady Geist, she has a sound like she is being taken away and didn't get the money. If you want, I can compare all the moments from my recording to the replay.

I'm happy I'm not the only experiencing this, happened a lot when I played the last few games, didn't know if it was a bug or the grace period, but if neither is giving souls, it has to be a bug right?

yeah seems people were saying denies were bugged last night.

not sure if they pushed a fix for it or not yet
