textures looking weird

it's the guns, the shops and the bosses at the end, might be to do with my graphics drivers (updating them currently, will get back if that fixes them), it was like this in the tutorial, so i doubt it's because of the match type (though we were playing a bot match)

I am unsure if this is the cause but they added WiP object-only motion blur in the settings, which appear to be turned on here.
