Texture error on old graphics cards (GTX 760)

Today I decided to download the game again, but without success. I still can't find a way to fix the textures, although Dota CS and other games work without problems. Also today I got a line with some kind of error at the top left (screenshot 1) "Navigation Mesh was generated....."

in this case even a 1050ti would do. Can confirm that, as it works on my machine. semi-stable 60FPS at 50% resolution
Some people don't have money even for that though, in which case.. life sucks sometimes ( a lot )

OP said CS (I assume CS2?) and Dota2 both work, so this is not a Source 2-exclusive issue (both of those games run on Source 2)
