texture display bug on older graphics cards

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7500 CPU
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460:
Driver version: 23.21.13.9135
Development date: 23.03.2018

When running with Direct3D 11 and Vulkan engine, all textures are displayed incorrectly.

maybe an issue with your graphics card
current version of dx11 or vk heavily differs from first release versions
your gpu was released in 2010
so i can just advise you to buy new gpu
