Terrible FPS since update 14/11

Hi, have run deadlock perfectly fine since I joined but after the most recent update as of 14/11, 11pm (OCE TIME), my fps has been capped at 64 in game. No resolution changes or graphics changes seem to have fixed this. Can feel definite fps stutter as well. Match ID: 27751324

does it happen at the beginning or mid game like 30 mins?
did you try to restart the game when it happens?

Yeah I've been seeing sudden reduced performance in longer matches for the past week or two. At first I thought it was due to my VRAM running out as some people have suggested, but I kept HWMonitor open during a match last night and it's maxing out both my CPU and GPU. That's extra crazy because I have a power limit on my GPU and an underclock on my CPU so this should not be happening.

Yeah i figured out what happened, whenever starting the game with spotify in the background my fps is capped at 64 and there is obvious frame stutter and lag. Not sure if this is a deadlock issue or my pc issue but my specs should allow me to run both easily. AMD RADEON 7800XT with AMD Ryzen 5 7600x. Funny thing is, opening spotify after I have deadlock running is perfectly fine so maybe its something to do with the startup? Not sure but weird issue nonetheless that hasn't happened until the most recent update.
