Temporarily banned from play after joining a match while spectating

Description:
The player is temporarily removed from matchmaking after joining a game while spectating and selecting Leave Spectating.

Reproduction rate:
1/1 - Hesitant to attempt to reproduce due to the game temporarily banning the player from matchmaking.

Reproduction steps:
1. Join the Play queue.
2. Select any game in the Watch Matches menu.
3. Swap between player perspectives repeatedly as the game attempts to match the player into a game.
4. Wait until the game finds a match.
5. Before being removed as a spectator for the current game, press Escape and select Leave Spectating.
6. The player will be brought back to the main menu. Select the "Rejoin" option.

Additional Notes:
- The game successfully loaded the match found, but the user loads in as a spectator and with the current hero being spectated the same as the hero being swapped to during the original spectator game.
- After the game was loaded, all of the players in the lobby appeared to have failed to connect or disconnected.
- The pause menu shows options for "Resume" and "Leave Spectating" instead of the regular in-game options.

This happened to me but little bit different, here are my reproduction steps:
1. Click on spectate game from one of my firends.
2. Takes too long, press cancel on bottom.
3. Queue up for game.
4. Game found, loads in.
5. Get loaded into fiends game as spectator.
6. Leave match got me banned for leaving game.
