Temporarily banned for leaving a match while spectating

I was spectating a match, stopped spectating and was temporarily banned. WTH?

You can see the leave spectating in the bg....



This really needs to be fixed guys.

@Yoshi Okay, I am also banned until 4:23! WTH!! You guys... I have only Dc'd 1 match from an internet outage and I was spectating. What is happening, this is a six hour ban for using a feature you made.
