A little after 2pm CST, after finishing a game & attempting to queue for another, I was notified to exit and download the new patch. After loading the game and attempting matchmaking again, I received a notification of a temporary ban until after 8pm CST tonight. I was certain it was an error, and verified on my behavior summary that I had no features disabled due to behavior. I did not abandon the last match I played, but did have to step away from the keyboard - for only a couple minutes. I returned and finished the game with my teammates - who were very understanding.
I'm unsure where to go from here & would like help with restoring my account and lifting the ban. Any information on what happened would be very appreciated! Thank you!
