Teammate VOIP causes severe FPS drops

Not sure what exactly causes this and it's not consistent, as different players can cause different severity of fps loss

Doesn't happen in other videogames
Been happening for weeks since i first started playtesting, computer specs listed below

Motherboard: Huananzhi x79 Gaming Deluxe g279t v6.0
CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2680 v2 2.8Ghz 10 Core 20 Thread
RAM: 32 GB DDR3 1886 Mhz (Quad Channel Overclocked)
GPU: KFA2 Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Super
Drives: Apacer as2280p4 512gb m.2 NVME (Game installation folder and windows)
SATA3 WDC WD10EZEX-60ZFF5A0 1 TB HDD

- Try changing the Render API to another one. From Vulkan to DirectX or vice versa;
- Be sure to disable all undervolt. You could do this with software like MSI Afterburner or similar. Undervolt of the graphics card or CPU acceleration may negatively affect the game. Turn off overclock of RAM;
- Record a video showing the bug. Perhaps it will be clear from the video what the problem is. Be sure to turn on the display of the load on the system. This can be done through the Nvidia overlay, or just open the task manager next to the game;

Vulkan only makes game run worse as i found out, if i alt+tab it starts to run on 5 fps until i reboot the game

There's no undervolting
RAM overclock is stable enough without any apparent issues (Been running it for over five years now)

It's rare to hear people talk in game so i only have a few recordings, one of them i posted

Will try to have an MSI Afterburner's Rivatuner overlay enabled the next time it happens, i try to run MSI Afterburner all the time i play but overlay with its weird position closer to the middle of a screen (For some reason this happens only in this game) proves a bit distracting so i usually disable it to see the game better
