Teammate trapped in the map/environmental object when delivering the urn

While a teammate was trying to deliver the urn, I used Kelvin's ult (4) to protect him. In the process, my teammate got trapped in the rocks beneath the delivery point in two different games. One time the teammate played Mo & Kill and the other one Yamato.
