Not sure if this was some sort of bug or if they were intentionally feeding by using some sort of /kill command.
At around 26:30 of Match ID 101097, the Dynamo on my team started dying in their spawn point very soon after spawning. He also paused the game after the back to back deaths after rejuvenation, so it would appear something may have been wrong, but they didn't type or say anything in chat while it was happening. Again, he could have been intentionally feeding by issuing a /kill command or he could have been bugged and dying in spawn somehow.
