Taskbar rendering over game in borderless

Loading a new match causes the game to freeze, which will cause the game to go from borderless full-screen to windowed for the period of the freeze. When this happens, the taskbar will begin to render over the window, and will remain that way even after the game becomes responsive and borderless again.

I usually solve this by going into the task manager and restarting the file explorer, but this is probably not a good general solution.
Avoiding the freeze in the first place (be it through async loading or whatever else) is probably the easiest solution, but it might not be a bad idea to include some code to force windows to reprioritize the task bar whenever the game window is focused.

Reproduction rate is something along 6/10 times.
Windows 10, Vulkan Rendering, AMD GPU and CPU.
