Tankbuster bugged with Scorn on Mo and Krill

No matter how high I get Scorn damage up in practice range it will not trigger Tankbuster.

Tankbuster requires 180 damage in a single instances before any damage amps or reductions. If you try to increase Mo and Krill's Scorn damage using its T3 upgrade, that is an amp, and no matter the stacks, it will not trigger it.

You'd need to get enough spirit power to trigger it with the base damage.
