Talents are randomly being upgraded

Anyone else randomly getting their talents upgraded? I may have done it somehow with the new patches messing up the keybinds I made mine upgraded with tab+1 so maybe with the reverted bugginess it's now upgrading them any time i just press an ability? It kind of ruined my game

yep confirmed, if i press the button without even using the modifier of alt or tab it just upgrade the ability talent... why??????
