Holding tab and pressing the key (1,2,3,4) to upgrade a skill is not working as of last patch. - It does work when you use your mouse and click the skill.
noticed this too last night when I kept accidentally using my skills when trying to upgrade. I thought I had gone crazy and wondered if this was always how it worked and I had somehow been upgrading by subconsciously clicking.
