I had an idea for a T4 Melee item that would build off of melee charge, and as an added effect it would apply a small stun to whatever it hits, the interesting thing about this item though is that it applies a downside of making your heavy melees take longer to charge giving more room for the enemy to parry this attack and completely negate it.
