Imagine this on victor lol. I like this item because this isn't easily abusable to someone like haze. Would be really funny to build max resistances/hp with this on pocket and ult too. Only thing ill say is that I'm not sure if trading the resistance would be worth it unless your maybe spirit Abrams. I think unless it has a higher gain value that someone will probably just run boundless or crippling etc. Idk where the balancing point would be but I think losing 30% of what would be a 3200 item for something equivalent to surge of power might be a bit cost inefficient if you can see where I am coming from.
