Designed as a late-game support item. Base stats are:
+450 health
+12% ability range
+1.5ms Sprint Speed (to help get closer to allies)
+16% bullet resist
On Activation:
+550 bullet shield
+650 spirit shield
+3ms move speed
buffs last for 7 seconds (all these buffs are improving upon divine barrier's buffs)
Can be self-cast.
If Divine Distributor is used on an ally, the user channels the buff for 2.5 seconds. The base buffs are applied immediately to the target. During the 2 seconds, the user moves identically to a hero channeling rescue beam (cannot attack, jumping cancels the channel). If the channeling player uses another active item while connected to a teammate, the teammate will also use the active item themselves at the same time. If the target gets 30ms away from the player, or breaks LOS, the channel is disrupted.
Cast Range: 20ms
Item cooldown: 34 seconds
Similar to rescue beam, there is a visual beam between the channeling player and the targeted hero.
Kind of like Ivy's tether, but instead shares Active Items instead of health. For example, if you activated Unstoppable while channelling the move onto a teammate, they would also get the Unstoppable buffs. It would be like the targeted teammate used the active item themselves without them being required to buy the specified item. Divine Distributor does not share buffs outside of active items (for example, Siphon bullets, Fortitude passive or Veil Walker don't get shared).
I think it makes more sense for it to be T4, since being able to duplicate active items among teammates seems particularily strong in the early game (dual healing nova would heal roughly 600 health between two people).
Since you can only pick 3 other active items, this could open up different support builds surrounding how the player plays. Perhaps they want to enhance their teammate's power with Cold Front or Colossus, perhaps they want to focus on Healing with Healing Nova or Rescue Beam, or perhaps they'll build towards getting their teammates in or out with Majestic Leap or Warp Stone.
The point of this item is to try and improve the support capabilities of active items in the late game, since a lot of them fall off at this point (Strictly support active items). Since the item is expensive (7,450 souls to buy), the player is willingly choosing to sacrifice their potential power for the time being to instead support their allies.
Items that target the enemy team, such as Knockdown, Decay or Curse either get cast by the targeted ally immediately without disrupting their gameplay with an activation prompt (so long as there is a target in front of them), or don't get shared by Divine Distributor at all. Items that move the player, such as Warp Stone, Majestic Leap or Phantom Strike, travel in the direction the channeler chooses, preventing the targeted ally accidently getting teleported/leaped into a bad position.
Unless the item gets a rework (or Dynamo get removed), Refresher isn't shared between allies.
There's still a ton I don't know about the game, so this item might be too strong or useless. Let me know what you all think
