Reactive Guardian - 4250 item cost (Reactive Barrier as component)
Base stats:
+6 health regen
+30% ammo
+10% debuff resist
+125 bonus health
Passive:
Automatically restore 2 stamina and restore bullet and spirit shields while adding extra temporary shields and melee resist when the user is stunned, chained, movement locked, slept, immobilised or cursed.
When Reactive Guardian is activated, become immune to AOE moves while stunned. The AOE immunity wears off when you are no longer stunned (This does slightly fuck over Ult-build Lash). Additionally, the stun timer does not get reset when hit by multiple stuns (for example, getting hit by Ivy's Stone Form while stunned by Seven's Static Charge does not extend the stun time to include Ivy's stun).

Passive cooldown: 30 seconds
Passive buff duration: 9 seconds
There should be a large visual indicator showing that the item has been activated.
The idea of this item is to make stuns much less threatening. While debuff remover deals with normal debuffs and Unstoppable bypasses stuns entirely, Reactive Guardian replenishes shields and heavily increases your survivibility if caught off-guard. Now, if you're caught in a Dynamo black hole, you have a much higher chance of survival (of course, focused bullet damage from Dynamo's teammates would likely still kill you while stunned, but this item shouldn't really reward you for getting caught: just lessens the punishment instead).
I don't think you should be immune to any more stuns during the 9 seconds where you're buffed, otherwise it's a better version of Unstoppable. This item should be situational, and bought if you're dealing with a large amount of stuns (or you keep dealing with Knockdown counterplay).
