nothing more then become immune for any non-ult stun or displacement BUT
take a damage.

So if puddle punch give you 500 dmg its ok but you will stay in one place.

I think this item is actual becase now we have alot of heros with stun\displ with CD like 10-20s
and no item that can counterplay it

way too much of a must-buy imo, this would be an easy counter to hero kits like dynamo, seven, or rem that doesn't require any skill like counterspell does.

that is true. But in situation where we have rem\silver\seven\dynamo and of them has stun\displ with 10s cd or even less you just cant CS everything

so something we should to do

We cant ignore that fact that the game has alot of stun\disp and no items to somehow managed it
