T3 Imbued Item: Arms Leech

With the new Weapon items that seem to be a bit more hybrid oriented, I thought I would work up an item that could work for Ability Duration, alongside the Ballistic Enhancement for Ability Range!




Introducing, Arms Leech. Slap it on something you want to last longer, and watch as it never runs out! On top of that, you can stay topped off as you will keep stealing ammo from foes allowing you to just keep shooting!

Make it a T2 spirit item (we need more T2 spirit items), give it slight weapon damage (8%), get rid of health, give it 35% ammo, and have it steal 2% of ammo on a target, being able to stack every 2 seconds until 10% max (can be affected by item cdr, of course!). At max stacks, you can't get any more ammo unless the stacks decay on that target. Stacks decay all at once after 20 seconds.
