Inflicting Decoy
Passive:
+15% Melee Resist
+8% Ability Range
+15% Movement Slow Resist
Active:
Shapeshift an allied minion into a copy of your hero for 30s.
Allied Minion is granted:
+10% of your MAX HP as Health
Enemies that attack the minion are granted:
-15% Bullet Resist
-15% Spirit Resist
-20% Healing Reduction
Enemies that MELEE the allied minion are also granted
DOUBLE the previous effect and
-30% movement speed
-15% Stamina recharge
-10% Parry Window (not sure if this one is OP or not)
Cooldown: 90~120s
This shapeshift doesn't buff the minion in any way, it is just visually your hero.
For example, if I'm playing as Paradox and I cast this active on an allied minion, it will act as a moving paradox puppet (unsure of the balance behind giving the minion the same type of weapon fire as you [i.e. paradox's burst pistol, Shiv's shotgun] but just scaled to only do the damage of the minion normally so it does actually LOOK like you or maybe keep the weapon fire the same to make it distinguishable from you).
Maybe there should be a health gate on the decoy to dispell and shift back into a minion, upon which the debuff is applied because having it dispell upon any damage at all could make it too easy to counter (however, I do think that enemy minions should be able to dispell it in the name of balance)
This item essentially acts as a counter to heavy-melee builds by punishing enemy heroes who will dive in to melee a source of DPS.
I would love to see it also work against close-range abilities like Mo & Krill's combo or Abram's Shoulder Charge but I feel like that might be a little overpowered no matter how much grief they give me in-game.
If this doesn't make it in as an active item, I'd love to see something similar to this as a hero ability.
