T2 Weapon Active, Airburst Mines

I had an idea for some a mine layer just before the new map came out, and I figured I would revamp the concept, but with some extra utility for the new map.

The new map has a lot more Jump pads, and they are pretty easy to get to. I worked up this item to take advantage of that.

Also, the mine, when triggered, is destroyed so only 1 person can jump off each mine.

There's a big difference between this and Veilwalker.

Veilwalker instantly restores your shields, this just resets the CD on shield regeneration (meaning they start recovering from 0)

Otherwise, yeah I get what you mean

Still, this with both barrier items is an 800 shield regen every 13s for only 3750. Plus it also activates both of the barrier items.
You are going to be unstoppable in the early - mid game.

Until someone pings you with a couple of bullets or a hit of Torment Pulse, which will wipe out the measly 10-100 shields you may have regenerated after triggering this, sure.

I mean regening the shields in between fights. It is a perfect item for ganks and early fights. Regen shields while moving around the map to your target, use the active to engage. And then immediately get the shields up after the fight. Repeat until enemy concedes.

Fortitude does that too, but better because Health is affected by resists whereas this is not.

Fortitude regen is slower(10s not taking damage, and then a 4% of the max hp regen, shield go back to 100% in 5s), and it gives less stats(generally taking 600 damage disables fortitude buff, so it's the same as having around 800 shield), which is why it is not a great item for early fights, not to mention this has a pretty good mobility active on top.

Fortitude is better with armors and late game, but this item will be REALY good early game.
