Promised Magazine
Passive:
+20% Bullet Velocity
+1 Spirit Power
Active:
+20% temporary ammo - functioning similar to how Vampiric Burst adds temporary ammo to your magazine
-20% Weapon Damage to Enemy Heroes
Duration: applies to current magazine
Cooldown: similar to Healing Rite/Infuser (so like 30~ seconds)
An active item specifically for collecting souls in laning phase and starting to farm camps within the first 8~10 minutes of the round.
Could build into Fleetfoot or Active Reload?
Duration might be better at 10-12 seconds if the magazine idea is too strong, unsure about how that might be exploited - thinking of the experimental snake hero who slides for infinite ammo, however it only increases magazine size and is not a fire rate buff so I think it'd be fine
We don't have any T1 weapon actives but we do have monster rounds and restorative shot which have other counterparts like healing rite & enduring spirit and infuser & ammo scavenger. There's not very many active weapon items early game which I feel should change to encourage more other active playstyles.
