System froze on start of game

I was loading into a deadlock game when a Valve Hardware Survey popped up. I said "no" to taking the survey and then my computer completely froze and I had to do a hard reset of my system to do anything on it.

I don't have a match id or anything and all I got was this image from my phone.

My Steam name is TheCrypticCorgi and my id is 76561198116565257 if that helps with debugging.

Also, I'm not able to find any logs in the game itself as the rpt folder even going back to May doesn't seem to have any data in it. If there's somewhere for me to look to get the logs to help lmk!
