Switching monitor source freezes the game

I have my main monitor connected to both my gaming PC and my work PC.

When I change my monitor source from gaming PC with Deadlock to my work PC, do some work, then change back to the gaming PC with Deadlock, Deadlock simply freezes and I have to restart it.

Search monitor for launch parmeters to choose monitor, but if you unplug monitors often wont go well, can try not fullscreen or using resolutions that work well on both monitors
