You are able to buy Superior cooldown and other effects, have it charge your ult fully, than resell the item and the ult is still charged while you are dead. Such as when you have 20 seconds left on ult, 12 seconds to revive, you buy Superior, Ult is reduced to 8 seconds, Ult charges, you can resell Superior duration within the 4 seconds revive time and keep ult. allows you to come out of spawn with ult right away than waiting 8 more seconds.
