I see it as a Greek column that quickly raises from the ground up after the delay (telegraphed with some visual and sound cue), lifting along units on the spot. If it reaches a ceiling or the skybox, it pushes out units on top of it and stops emerging. Its diameter would be around the same as Dynamo's.
Use cases:
- Block a narrow spot when chasing or fleeing.
- Get to high ground or use it as one for a short duration.
- Create temporary cover from enemies.
- Create temporary terrain for mechanics that interact with it (like Doorman's cart stun).
