New Active item "Suicide West" on use deal huge true damage scaled wtih enemy souls count to the area, killing you and enemy most feeded player!
The most fun way to comeback the game - sacrificing yourself !
 
some balance ideas for this item to work as intended.
Main point of it -> taking down the most feeded player at any cost.
- Damage scales with soul difference and deal true % damage (line gayst ult)
When you have >50% souls diff then its damage >100% of enemy max heath. in other cases deal like 30% of max heath.
- You respawn time is 2 times longer
- Item Cooldown on suicide 30sec, on enemy player hit 300sec
- Activation delay of 2sec while it you cant move and cursed (so target enemy can escape with warp stone or activate counterspell/e shift to avoid death)

Most usefull on Victor or if you have cheat death.
Soo this item may solve issue of Victor not doing anything when he is behing on souls.
And make cheat death actually usefull outside of lady gayst
 
I've recently wrote my thoughts about the similar item — items for falling behind player should be purely supportive. Economically or via some non-lethal amplifications. To make you catch up with teammates or something in that direction.

It would be unfair to make such a player to be a threat to somebody, just because you underperformed compared to enemy.

You tried to make it somewhat balanced, but item is still have many potential issues. The main one — it requires much effort to have an attempt to kill enemy, not to get kill itself. Even if you managed somehow to catch and immobilize enemy, if his team isn't dumb enough, they will try to not let you use this item. Actually, if you have managed to catch him, you don't need this item at all. Any team is able to kill one enemy for 2 seconds.

The item becomes useless instantly, if enemy team's main power is not a single overfed player with a useless team.
