Suggested Weapon Item Overhaul

There has been recent discussion on how to make weapon items more interesting rather than just getting as much fire rate as possible. While a change to the items and the shop investment is necessary, I think we should extend this to the weapons of the heroes themselves. For this, I propose we introduce a "Weapon Power" stat that functions similarly to Spirit Power.

With this stat introduced, the stats of each hero's weapon will scale with Weapon Power similarly to how abilities, items, etc scale off of Spirit Power. For example:

Haze could have high scaling on her fire rate but low scaling on her bullet damage. They could even change her ammo scaling from Spirit Power to Weapon Power.

The Doorman, on the other hand, will have high scaling on his bullet damage but low scaling on her fire rate and ammo.

Melee damage can also scale off of Weapon Power so Abrams could have higher scaling on his heavy melee damage and such.

The weapon item shop investment would grant Weapon Power instead of Weapon Damage and Boons would grant Weapon Power instead of Bullet and Melee damage.

Most weapon items will not give large bonuses to specific weapon stats but will usually give conditional Weapon Power. Here are a few examples:
