Stuttering on high end hardware causing very difficult situations

I've been playing Deadlock on Laptop and Desktop, and the game keeps stuttering insanely hard in random moments like the one showed in the video, this is happening on a 5080, Ryzen 9900X, 64gbs of Corsair Vengence 16x4 6000mts ram and a 970 Evo Plus 2TB NVME, although it has also happened in my laptop which is a 5070ti M, 275hx, 32gb 6400mts and 2tb of xpg nvme gen 4, its VERY frustrating considering it has gotten me killed and almost killed me in the clip attached.

Also it has crashed in 2 occasions but that was only in the laptop, I'd guess the laptop crashed because it was less powerful than the desktop and it couldn't handle the stutter.
Also since video didn't work, Link:

If it's possible for you and you're not already, I would try plugging into ethernet. I had constant stutters and jitters on a pretty decent computer, once I plugged in ethernet it's been smooth ever since

thing is, it's on Ethernet, 60megabites (not bits) per second and stable, this is a hardware problem because it happens while wired and while using wifi, I will try to catch the bug with afterburner overlay ontop to see where the problem is.
