Spoiler: Video View attachment Deadlock 2024.08.10 - 19.03.43.19.DVR - Trim.mp4 my best guess is that I died with a stun effect applied, and it wasn't removed while I was dead. In the left corner we can see that it's a debuff from Knockdown (spirit item)
