Stunlock Bug - Stun Timer Restarted by Consecutive Stuns

Bug discovered by Blokhead

During a stun, if a consecutive stun is applied it will replay the original stun in full.

Parry is a long stun so makes for a good example to stunlock:

Viscous Stunlock with Infernus

Infernus is using an upgraded ult and duration items to extend his stun to 2.63 seconds. Every time Viscous hits and stuns the target, the Infernus stun timer is reset and stuns for 2.63 seconds.

Dynamo Delayed Knockdown
Channeled stuns cannot be reset the same way to stunlock (only the regular set duration stuns reapply). But channeled stuns can be used to delay other stuns.
Knockdown hits during Dynamo's ult, then the Knockdown timer is started after the ult ends.
(delayed stun works with Holliday and Dynamo, but not with Mo)
