Stucked in Queue

I hade the problem, the game was not starting. I stoped the queue and tried to restart. Now I get the same message:

"Error Cannot enter matchmakin, you are already trying to find a match."

Even after restarting the game. and even after restarting Steam.
I cannot join any games anymore.
