I was looking at a replay (can't upload it, too large for the server unfortunately), I skipped from about 3:40, to 36:40, then went back to about 3:40, where the game crashed and now my game loads forever when I boot it up. I've tried restarting my pc and verifying files but that hasn't fixed it I have tried installing the latest gpu drivers and re installing the game and that has also not fixed it
(editing this to clarify that it was a vpn split tunneling issue, I did not use a vpn at all when I last played this game many months ago, sorry for any confusion)
