Stuck under map, no unstick command and console inaccessible

matchID 40269101 doorman got me stuck under the enemy base which lost us the game. really frustrating dont understand why the unstick button is gone especially when adding something as janky as doorman. dev console toggle option grayed out and was not able to be opened.
