Stuck out of bounds on game start

I got DC'd on the pre-game loading phase for some network issues and when i reconected the match had just started but my character (infernus) was stuck on the pre-game rooftop. afterwards i tried to jump out of it to see if it fixed but i ended up stuck inside the teleporter on the left side of the map. (?)

Both dev commands on "Esc" wouldn't work, i dont know if they were supposed to.
