Bug happened at 28878677. Don't remember exactly when in the match it happened, but it was a few minutes before we lost in a 27 minute long game. So I'm going to guess about 24 minutes in.
I was playing Lash on the Amber Hand and near the end of the game I got stuck in a wall near our team's shrine closer to the yellow lane. Unstick hero and suicide did not work. I could still damage enemies, but I could not use my item to teleport out of the wall to them. My game eventually crashed. When I returned, I was still stuck in the wall, and unstick hero and suicide still did not work. I asked our Dynamo to come and use Quantum Entanglement to free me, and that worked. Nothing else seemed to unstick me.
