Around 30ish minutes of a game, I went to buy in one of the secret shops and had to replace one of my items. At the same time an enemy Viscous happens to start buying at the same shop (I didn't notice him at first), I ended up panicking and pressing multiple keys to get out of the buy menu that I might have pressed tab or any other key. I believe I also got damaged in the process by the Viscous, which I assume might be a contributing factor.
I wasn't able to get video evidence of it but there is a post from August 18th with the same problem by the user MSI:

I'm not sure how common or rare the bug is but it is a pretty big one.
