Stuck in textures

Hello [Support Team/Game Developer],

During a recent session in RANKED mode, I encountered an issue while waiting for a match. I decided to watch my friends' game in spectator mode, and shortly afterward, a match was found for me. However, it appears that the match was prepared before the spectator session was ready, causing the following problems:

1. I joined the match for about 10 seconds but was then automatically switched to spectating my friends' game.
2. I could not switch back from spectator mode to participate in my own match.
3. When I attempted to exit the game and rejoin, the game crashed multiple times (3-5 attempts) when I clicked "Rejoin."
4. After successfully exiting and rejoining the game, I was reset to the starting position where both teams faced each other as if the match had just begun.
5. Upon rejoining, I found myself stuck in the textures, making it impossible to participate properly. Despite multiple attempts to rejoin, the issue persisted.
6. Eventually, I managed to rejoin, but by then, I had missed approximately 7 minutes of the game, which severely impacted the outcome.

Given this situation, I kindly request that you investigate this problem and offer any available solutions. Additionally, I would appreciate it if the match's impact on my rank could be reset, as the experience was beyond my control.

You mean typing killme in console?
Do you know if it's gonna count as death? Probably it will. Unstuck would be more preferable if it worked.

Yes, it will count as a death but you will be unstuck at the very least.

I can't really help with that, valve handles such things.
