Stuck in teleporter from start of ranked game until it opened

Spend the start of my rank game stuck in the teleporter after the game crashed during the loading screen.

Match ID: 26948769

Obiously lost the ranked game because of this.

I crashed the second I joined the game and then I spawned on the spawn platform while everyone else was on the ziplines when I rejoined. Then I somehow jumped off the side trying to get back to spawn because the suicide and unstick buttons werent working and it sent me through the bottom of the map and then I got stuck inside the teleporter for the first 8 minutes of my ranked match until it opened.

I feel bad for my team we lost because we were having a 5 v 6 for the first 8 minutes of the round
