Stuck in place in last minute of game, couldn't speak and potentially couldn't hear my allies speak

In about minute 35 I think i was trying to talk about the same time i respawned with the T key. I was frozen in place upon respawning, i could only move the mouse camera. I also could not speak in voice chat.
