Stuck in Air as Shiv

I used Ult as Shiv on Ivy and it flung me into the air. Then I was stuck above the playing map, walking on top of it. I could still shoot people / get shot at. Managed to get back down by using ult on the archer shooting guy as he was flying in the air near me.
