It's been 15 minutes noone can move, the game is still going on. I don't know if it is a network issue or a bug of the server being overloaded for some reason. The match id is 37879000
im not able to open the replay but i believe its minions stacking. A minion is stuck somewhere and enemy minions tries to reach but keep stacking, atleast 2 of them will cause slow frame time
