Street Brawl upgraded too many times Match ID 71151268

As Paige, I was able to have too many upgraded skills.

Round 1, I believe I put a point into captivating read, but then undid it, however the game still kept it registered as upgraded and let me put the points elsewhere, meaning I was at an advantage.

In round 4 I put points into it and could see that even though I put points into it and took them out again, it still gave me 1 upgrade to it.

Watching the replay, it seems I wasn't getting the -11 second cooldown reduction, so this is purely visual.
