Street Brawl there's something wrong with healing/lifesteal

In the new gamemode there is something seriosuly wrong with healing/lifesteal. There have alread been posts about Victors ult reviving for significantly less but the issue to me seems to be affecting more sources of healing/lifesteal, not only on victor but other characters as well. Of course it's most noticeable on Victor who relies on lifesteal and healing.

2153-1761=392 instead of the 553 I should have regenerated.

This is one of many instances where healing/lifesteal numbers in street brawl seem to be inconsistent. As I said, I noticed this on more than one ocasion and on more characters than Victor. Also if anoyne reads this, notice when you heal from minion in street brawl the green part slowly shrinks, giving you less health, and I don't think it's a stylistic choice anymore.

I have no idea if healing is supposed to be reduced just for street brawl, but there is no mention of it in the game as fas as I know. I have not encountered this in testing at all when I checked Victors 2 regen, only street brawl seems to have this 'change', I have not played any normal games since street brawls release, so I don't know if this is street brawl specific or if it is an actual problem in regular gamemode as well.
