When playing StreetBrawl (52207818) I cannot pinpoint the time I received it, but I had picked up a item that gave an additional Bonus item. I was already at maximum items, but it did not prompt me to actually sell another item and all my item slots were filled except the stated bonus item.
Next round and I had gotten the item Mystic Conduit. It prompted me to sell an item, which I did, but the item gotten was the aforementioned, bonus item that I couldn't see before.
However, it still appeared that Mystic Conduit was still applying even though it was not on my item bar. It looks like there's a bug that allowed an additional, not-shown item to be able to be gotten.
I only took one screenshot, but as you can see, none of the items I, or my team, got is not Mystic Conduit, but on the side it IS showing I have the Mystic Conduit effect active.
